I keep getting a pop up that I am not connected when I am connected  andthen it will not loaf and I click on relaod and I get the same thing is there anything I can do  or is it a glitch?

It may try to connect to your my.avast.com account connecting devices, etc. if that failed it is possible it will continue trying. There was a reported issue with connecting with my.avast.com recently.

I have just tried my.avast.com, it auto-logged on (recognised me) when I used the browser and loaded relatively quickly.

I don't have an Avast.com account not that I know of anyway.

If you have registered avast, I believe it is created automatically or when you connect your device (installed avast application). Your forum logon credentials are checked against your my.avast.com account.
