Your minutes up cvsa, you didn't really hope for an answer in 1 minute, especially on a Saturday ;D

How about trying the email address that you used when you registered (or the push update notification emails, etc.), you got sent the registration key OK didn't you.

You could always pm one of the Alwil team or inquire of sales @ avast.com, I find that sales are more pro active when asking question about a potential sale after the trial.

i did try with my registration adress... same problem, i tried to type a message to alwil team in the field under my adress : same pb the robot answer it's impossible.

i didnt try pm on alwil members because i didn't want to bother them.... but maybe if nothing else works... :-\
