I cant make out what is going on at Avast. I tried to log in to Avast using normal log and get a message that my email addrees is not recognised, which is strange as only yesterday Avast sent me an email message.
I have bought licences and ran cleaner which took hours but still in my browsers I am getting pop up adverts etc which seems to be caused by a plugin called Results.hub. A dialogue box asks me to change to yahoo or google but then a dialogue box says operation failed.
Can someone from Avast contact me by email to sort out this problem please
