Hard drive crashed
« on: October 06, 2015, 01:55:45 AM »
Shorty after upgrading to Avast Pro I also upgraded to Windows 10. Two weeks later my hard drive completely crashed. I took it in for repairs and the only thing that could be done was start over with a new hard drive and back to Windows 7. How do I  get Avast working again? It says I'm protected but has all the facts of my old hard drive and I don't see anywhere to download it. I don't need a new license, i just need to get the one I have functional again.
