What is the build number of your avast premier, the latest is 2015 10.4.2233 ?

Disabling avast completely is the last thing you want to do. First try the lessor options until we find a balance, open the avastUI > Settings > Active Protection > Web Shield - Customize - uncheck the HTTPS Scanning option and see if that works. Stop the Web Shield leave it stopped for a while and then start it again (for the change of settings to be applied).
