Avast! Hardened Mode

Why Avast! Hardened Mode not woring in offline also?It is more active when online :)

Because part of it relies on the avast cloud, off-line, no access to cloud.

It also depends on what settings you have for hardened, which you failed to mention.

Which if you spend some time and check the interactive help option in the interface will show they are all checked against the whitelist (a.k.a. cloud).
