Outlook 2010 Attachment Error Operation Failed.

Hello.  I have Avast 10.4 and my user is now seeing an error when opening a PDF attachment.
It simply says "Operation Failed"  If the user persists past this error the attachment opens without the error.
I've tried disabling the Avast Outlook Com Add In.  But the error only stops when I disable all 3 Shields (Mail, Web, File).
Can anyone help us?

Okay. Will Do.  And I found that disabling only the file shield makes the error go away.
