I can confirm that going to settings, general and ticking the silent gaming mode does seem to stop it.  I don't think you would want to keep it in this mode all the time, but until they get it fixed it should alleviate the annoyance factor.

Same here. My whole organization is being hit by this today with AVAST Pro, fully updated.  AVAST needs to get this fixed ASAP/PRONTO/STAT!

Thanks for getting this fixed! No more pop-up, but now the GUI main screen states "Secure DNS can't run on this network" Never had that before ... will post as separate issue, too

same here. i couldn't take it anymore so i tried uninstalling Avast.  it asked me to go to Save Mode,  AND NOW MY PC WONT START UP ANYMORE!  i only get black screen Avast you bunch of fcking aids people! fack off, thanks for fucking up my PC you bunch of fking R-tards
