Problem with my IS license

Today I bought a new IS license for 2 years and 3 PCs but I'm trying for hours to activate it in my 3 computers and I can't. I got a serial key on my email that doesnt work and I can't download license file by the Avast Site because its blocked. I requested a new email with my validation code and the email says that I don't have a license. Could you help me?
