My Cleanup license in my account won't work.

 Good days.
 I had to install my Avast again and when I tried to activate my Avast Cleanup license it just processes but never finished the job. It's taking forever. Could you give me a way to settle this problem? Or perhaps send my registration key once again please? Not the code for Avast itself but for 'Avast Cleanup'.

My Avast cleanup also won't validate. I have 2 licenses but neither work, when I enter the code I was given it says the code has been used to many times. Please help

The activation code can only be used a limited amount of times. You need to use the license file or activate CleanUp though your account as explained in the FAQ on the avast website.

When I click "use this license" nothing happens. The button becomes striped but nothing more happens. And when I resend the license file and try to use that, it just claims that there is no valid license in the file.

I have no activation code since I bought GrimeFighter. And I tried everything here: https://www.avast.com/faq.php?article=AVKB225 !
