Ciao a tutti, dopo l'aggiornamento da Windows 8.1 a Windows 10  ho perso la licenza triennale acquistata lo scorso gennaio, come recuperarla?

Provate il - Reinvio avast licenza http://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php, è necessario inserire l'email che hai utilizzato al momento dell'acquisto della licenza, ad esempio, quello che l'email originale con il link è stato inviato.

ho provato dappertutto ma niente.mi hanno dato il supporto del distributore in italia il quale mi ha dato l'e-mail del supporto avast dove l'ho comperato ma non riesco a venirne a capo.
insomma ho perso la licenza triennale?

Upgrading to Windows 10 has nothing to do with the avast license you have.

Use the link that David gave you to retrieve your license.
Use the file if/when needed.

If it doesn't work, perform a clean installation of the latest avast version.
