I backed up all my info, contacts, photos etc.
Then, my phone broke.
I went to the avast site to check if my info was there and it was, all my photos and contacts.
Knowing my info as safe, I restored my phone with a factory reset.
I immediately downloaded avast on my "new" reset phone.
Then logged in.
Then, on the website on my laptop, it showed "this device is no longer connected to this account." and asked me to remove it.
I found that weird, so I went back on my phone and conncted it to my account again.
Then on the website, it said I had a new phone (exact same name).
But apparently avast thinks my photos and info are on another device.
It wont let me restore info from the "old" device to my new post reset device.
Even though they are the same phone.
How do I put the info on the first device to my "new" device?

THANKS! :'( :'(
