Avast has never had an Ignore option, even in your beloved avast 4.x.

It may have had a Do Nothing/No Action option, but neither of those allowed you to make a single click and Run what was considered infected/malicious.
I understand that.  But, I would like to see such an option added, as I regularly have files on my system that Avast detects, which I want to keep.  If such an option is not added, I will go back to using no antivirus again.

Beta works fine on Windows 10 build 10565.
One thing that hasn't worked for me this beta is Avast Cleanup. I click to add my licence (shows up as valid) and after running a cleanup scan, it takes me to the shop page to buy another licence.
Only other thing I noticed was this morning there was a update to Autodesk Maya 2016, which includes a fluid simulator called bifrost. Avast detected 30 odd files as being the BiFrost trojan.

Where are the links to the offline installer?  ???
I prefer the full installer. No full installer, no download.  ???

Hi. We are testing new mechanism in online installers.

- WebShield HTTPS Scanning: We introduced a new method of HTTPs scanning. It is used in Firefox, Chrome and Opera. It works without changing the certificates with the help of kernel mode hooking. The security parameters and certificates are verified by the browser itself, including checks for untrusted or revoked certificates.
Interesting, is this also valid for XP systems..??

Installed version .2236 over beta 3 via GUI updater and so far no problems.
Remarks:
1. As "RejZoR" said before:
Browser add-on is still not working even in BETA3...
2. Nobody said something about this new "Avast SafePrice" add-on?
3. As many people also with prior versions stated, "Network Scan" is still not working properly!
Doing a "SmartScan" it returns for the network - everything ok, everything green.
Starting the dedicated "Network Scan" it returns a week password for the wireless part of the router. It says everybody can use my Wireless and easyly look into my computer!
By the way it actually is a 16 (!!!) character password which is correctly spotted. (How do we come along with our Credit Cards?)

It's a known issue, see the first post

Secure DNS:
Ever since this feature was introduced I had to uninstall and not use it anymore because it was blocking some of my favorite sites which I regularly use.

Now I decided to install it again with the current version of Avast.
Fact is it is still blocking " http://www.easeus.com/ " (very comonly used Backup programs +++).
This site is absolutely not accessible without turning off "Secure DNS".

Some Passwords future suggestions:

1, when generate strong password make option to setting up password long, which characters use, etc. because not every website allow more than 8 or 12 long password, special characters or numbers.

2, in password history enable copy old passwords

3, when save data this website allowed and I login with same account name than saved, but I misspelled the password or give now password the site will not login me because the wrong password avast password save (refresh) my misspelled password without any notifications

4, on passwords overview show 30 weak passwords, but when click on it just list 7 weak password (I think 30 are weak and average)

5, in password history show hour and minutes too, not just the date

6, archive deleted website which contains username and password avoid accidental deletes

7, maybe bug: when save data this website allowed and login successful to the site, password history saved it again and make a new line

8, bug: (see pic.) when open a new site some sec. password plugin show error: "An error occurred! Please reinstall the extension."

9, freeze when logout password manager, and go to settings-passwords tab. I made a dump: (20151016_1430_TUJGX_2625295853.zip File id: TUJGX)

10, check that main password enough strong, and lock some minutes when main password wrong and try too many times avoid brute force attack

...
Thank you very much,
Zeniit
