Avast IS SafeZone not working

Hi, I need to ask if anybody knows : Why My safezone at Avast IS not working. This safezone can opened but I think the browser cannot run Url. or like cannot connect to the internet. So If I type url to the browser at safezone, they cannot run. Thanks

I have the same (?) problem.  Safezone pops up when I start to sign in to my bank account.  Until recently, clicking Switch Now successfully started the SafeZone browser and allowed me to operate my bank account within it.  In the last week, clicking Switch Now takes me the the Avast Free Download page at https://www.avast.com/index.  Additionally, clicking Run Safezone Browser via the Avast toolbar icon does  not work at all.  I get the same non result when  I attempt to Switch Now via the Avast User Interface>Tools>Safezone.  Any advice?  Cheers.

It's possible some installation files could have corrupted.
Have you tried a Repair/Reset of your Avast installation.

Note: BEFORE Repairing installation files you could go to Safezone Settings and "RESET" SafeZone and Reboot, this may resolve your issue.
