Am I the only one who have that much Avast connections? Could you please check if TCPView is displaying these connections also on your PC?

You have to determine what these are as there are many related to the avast redirection to scan the content of your web browsing.
Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.3.6108 (build 24.3.8975.762) UI 1.0.801/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security

Same problem
We have 10 licenses in domain network.
The avast service opens a lot of connection to different external IPs port 53 tcp on 4 out of 10 PC's
There are so much open connections that there is port exhaustion, no free ports available for other services, so SMB isn't working anymore, browsing is not working.

Disabling the avast service solves the problem...

Can't find the solution
