Did you revisit the website ?

CAUTION :  This fix is only valid for this specific machine, using it on another may break your computer

Open notepad and copy/paste the text in the quotebox below into it:

No, I didn't visit the website again, actually the computer was turned off.

Here's the new fixlog - the system rebooted after the fix. And when I started Firefox the alert came up again.

Right now I am changing passwords for all sites where I don't use 2-way-authentification.

OK try Firefox in safe mode and see if the alerts still occur

OK that means that it has infiltrated firefox system files

Could you try a refresh please https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings

That seems to have fixed it! I started and restarted Firefox about 10 times now and the alert doesn't come up! Thank you! Now I do hope that it doesn't come back!

I had the backend of my wordpress-website (with the latest updates) open in a tab, could it be that my site was affected by this (I changed my password an hour ago)?

Aaaw, I am so stupid! Trying to tidy up I went through all those open tabs and found that there was still one with the infected website. Did another Firefox refresh as you described above and now everything seems to be ok. Do you think I have to do anything else? Sorry for wasting your time by being so dumb!
