Follow these steps :)

Then I need you to go Google Sync and sign into your account
Scroll down until you see the "Stop and Clear" button and click on the button. At the prompt click on "Ok"

Ok, I went there and like I thought she isn't signed in to Google and not syncing.  Google is the only browser that she can get online with, all other apps including Avast when I try to go online through them say no connection. :(

Ok, she wasn't syncing on Google but, the same person #1 was still there, so I deleted that person and when I did, it let me delete the dealz extension.   Woohoo!!!  lol  I'm running another scan with the malware and the adwClean and will post. If you do not want me to do this please advise and also how do we get back her internet connection for IE, Avast, etc... :D :D :D

Could you confirm that you get the same error when you try to connect with IE or Avast tries an update

Looks like a hidden proxy that I am not seeing

Reset IE

Go to Control Panel > internet options > connections > LAN settings
Ensure that there is just one tick as per my screenshot
