:'(I have no idea if I'm in the right place to get the answers I need!?) I have emailed Avast direct several times in the last few weeks with no replies. I have been trying to update some of my Avast coverage. The following happens: I click on the little green "update" bar at top of the page, and I get a plain white page with Avast logo, etc. ,and that's all. The same thing happens when I click on the "store" button, the "account" button" and some of the "scan" buttons that I am supposed to have. I would so appreciate any suggestions from anyone who might have an answer!
