Hi again, I have consulted it with the Support and they say they only need your e-mail address and will ask you about whatever else they might need. It would also speed the process up, if you described in the email how exactly the commands do not work, as there are two options:
1) the commands do not work at all
2) only the Premium-related commands do not work
Each of these issues has a slightly different solution.
My colleague has also suggested you can try to log the devices off and on again (to the Avast portal). If it does not help, please contact android@avast.com with the above mentioned details.
