license and devices

How many devices can one license cover? The reason I'm asking is because in avast web and the app it shows premium on all devices but I can only send commands to one of them.

I have been an avast user for a year and this started 3 day before i had to renew.

Hi, it covers up to 5 devices.

If you have had any problem with the license, please contact us on android@avast.com and write the number of your license in the email, so that my colleagues can have a look at the license and see what happened.

Where can I find the license number at? I have looked at the most likely place to find it but failed. Pls help on this so I can get my issue resolved.

Hi again, I have consulted it with the Support and they say they only need your e-mail address and will ask you about whatever else they might need. It would also speed the process up, if you described in the email how exactly the commands do not work, as there are two options:
1) the commands do not work at all
2) only the Premium-related commands do not work
Each of these issues has a slightly different solution.

My colleague has also suggested you can try to log the devices off and on again (to the Avast portal). If it does not help, please contact android@avast.com with the above mentioned details.

Only the Premium features are affected. btw i already submitted a ticket on weds and have heard nothing back. Ticket ID: 12485

I've heard they have got a little behind with replying lately, can you wait a couple more days? Let me know, if noone replies by Wednesday, I will urge them.

Not really, This has been an issue for a few weeks now and I just renewed my subscription. So ai have been pating for a service I can not us

Thank you. Its really weird that I can control one phone but not the other 2. All are setup identical to each other. I even tried your suggestion of removing the devices and it still fails.

Problem has been resolved. I had to disconnect each device and Uninstall the app then reinstall and set up.
