Charged for Premium without my knwoledge, cannot submit ticket

So I received an e-mail to both my main and alternate e-mail that premium was purchased on my account without my knowledge and I cannot submit a ticket to undo the purchase because it won't accept my Order ID number...This there anything else I can do to fix this, I don't want my bank account charged for something I didn't actually purchase.

Hi Andrew, no worries, really, a few days ago we gave away some 3-year Premium licenses for free, you won't be charged anything. The occassion was celebration of the Beta release of the new Mobile Security app - AMS 5. I hope it is a good enough explanation, let me know if you have any questions and feel free to enjoy the Premium features.
