Connection problem - The online is unavailable

Hi, I have just downloaded avast 2016 and I took avast premier and cleanup licence.
But I meet a big problem. I cannot log in to my account directly from the avast interface or access the avast shop.
Everytime I try , I get the following message: "The online content is unavailable. Please , check your internet connection and try again . ".

I have managed to update my virus database, the evidence that Avast connects well to the server. Please help me.
