Boot Time Auslogics - Registry Defrag is being blocked.

How may I allow Auslogics Registry Defrag at BOOT TIME without uninstalling Avast ?

Is there a good reason Auslogics Registry Defrag is blocked ?

Is Auslogics Registry Defrag safe ?

Thanks

1. How is it being blocked, e.g. what alert, error or message are you getting ?

2. You don't say what avast version you are using (latest 2016.11.1.2245) ?

There is a possibility the avast self defence could prevent it touching avast registry entries, but if it is actually running a boot-time defrag then avast wouldn't be running. Hence my first question.
