Multiple browsers & Avast passwords
« on: November 27, 2015, 06:27:48 AM »
I just recently installed the Avast 2016 Free Edition after getting a support response with a good link to initial information about this feature.  Now that I have it installed, more questions have arisen:

I use Waterfox as my primary browser; I wasn't even aware that a copy of Firefox was still installed. I use IE only when necessary (like some important site requires it).  I also have Opera and another minimal browser that I rarely use; primarily for experimenting.

When I tried to install and set up Passwords, Firefox was brought up by default, and I haven't succeeded in completing that yet.

But I don't know if Passwords even supports multiple browsers or not.  Does it?

Thanks for response......I may have to go back to Firefox (32-bit only) instead of sticking with Waterfox (64-bit).

I'll try enabligh it in Firefox again, and then see if I can also get it working with IE.  The rest aren't really that important.

Thanks again.....
