Re-Infected!

I let my brother go on my Laptop as he wanted to play and there is now pop-ups and weird processes. I think the infections want revenge on me for removing their brothers. I think I would need another full on PC scan with your assistance. Lke someone that can help me remove these viruses and malware or any other types. Thanks for your assistance for anyone helping me to clean this up. If you want me to post logs, please tell me the program.

Another thing, my Keyboard does not light up automatically like it did before? Is this a problem to my Manufacturer or BIOS?
