Can't connect to internet while SecureLine is active!

I was trying the SecureLine on my PC, I'm interested in buy that product, but while I connect to the VPN I can't navigate to any website. If I desactive the VPN I can connect normally.

- Win 7 OS

Solution?

Thanks Eddy for the reply.

But is not a problem with the server. I can connect without any problem to any server, the problem is when I try to access to any website. The website don't load and I just recived a response "ERR_TIMED_OUT" from my web browser.

I already try reset Avast, reinstall Avast.

I just try with SecureLine for iOS, same problem  ???

Hmm, that looks like there is (again) a problem with the vpn servers from avast  :(

I would say try it again in a few hours.

I have nothing to do with it and my Gremlin is at home too ;D

But yes, it would not surprise me if they have a problem with it again. :(

i just signed up and never been able to connect. Very upsetting to have paid for a product that's not functional.

Have you tried ALL the Server Locations offered in the Server Menu?

Hello Steve,

Could you please open a support ticket and attach your log file?  Your log file can be found by going to C:, Program Data, Avast Software, Avast, Log.  In the log folder you will see a secureline.txt file.  That is the one we need.
The program data folder can be hidden, so to access it you’ll need to go to Windows Explorer, then View and make sure “hidden items” is checked

God Damn since 3 Weeks nothing goes with this f*** VPN,An now Avst have Automatically Boocked from my Creditcard  4 another Year  :'(

Cyberghost works perfectly  ::),good that i am not the only one.realy disapointing.
