Avast blocking url in msiexec.exe

Avast keeps blocking something and this message appears

attach Malwarebytes and Farabar Recovery Scan Tool logs ... 3 logs total

see below the box you write in ... Attachments and other options

when done a malware expert will assist you ... there may be some hours waiting time
