How i can change my registration

Hey there,

im using Avast Free for my computer and have the problem that i cant login over the programm in the main menu. It says:

The online content is unavailable
Please, check your internet connection and try again.

But there is a connection, i using it right now!
My goal is to change the registration email adress of the avast free antivirus program on my windows 7 system. And over Settings -> Registration is there no way to do so.

The thing is i dont had ever created a account for it, i just set the email adress and set a password under General. Thats it. Now i wanted to install Anti-Theft on my Smartphone and there the problems get stardet. I needet the first time a account, so i created one with my google account and now i want to set this account also on my Antivirus on the computer.

How i can manage this?!

PS: I wonder there is no mail and password window at the avast main menu. Just the sign in, thats it and without an account i think he gets no valide connection so that the error message says no internet, but its a wrong error code then.

Simply get a new license with the new email address :

I made already a new account before. But where i can change the registration in the program?!

At this step i cant do anything because the offline registration is not aivalable! The product or program is registred so this part is not shown:
4. Click the arrow next to "Offline registration" to expand this option.

But there has to be a way, maybe a file where the email is set, a config or something like that. So that i can delete it and set the new mail.

Not possible.
The license is at it is, only avast can change it.

But why making it hard on yourself ?
Just get a new license with the new email address.

Because in my world this is a major bug. If i do this in this way, ive to install the program again. I mean a user should be able to change that like the name in the account at avast. Also its not the best way to login direkt over the program without any mail and password insert. Ive never done that so its no wonder there is a wrong error code given. This could be fixed also.
