Hello. Well, you got it right, I uninstalled ZoneAlarm yesterday and since this morning, I have had avast! Free Antivirus activated, and no more problem with Internet Explorer at all.
I don't know how to make a suggestion for studying that bug to the Avast Software team.

It's a little hard for the Avast team to fix a problem that was caused by ZoneAlarm.
ZoneAlarm has never been very helpful even on their forum.
