Sorry your right should have included these details in the OP. licence in Question is Avast Clean up. All other options are working. only when attempting to we online activation does a error message come up. when attempting to activate on Premier, it. gets stuckattempting to activate.

Device is a Surface Pro 3 running windows 10.

Yes ticket was placed hoverer haven't heard as yet. seems to be weird that it only is affecting My account, do support remote is to the Computer if required?

Personally I would not use the telephone support as it is provided by a 3rd party service not directly by avast.
