Antivirus package has expired 12 months before schedule

I renewed my subscription on 19th December 2014, for 2 years...yet the Anti virus protection is being shown as expired. I have repeatedly asked you to look into this but there has been no solution. My order ID was 11467297860.

Yesterday, I received a mail from customer support to this effect:

Thank you for contacting the online store.

Please accept our apologies for the delay in our response and for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

Records show that your subscription will expire on 12/19/2016.

We strongly suggest to contact technical support to check your system. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you with technical support issues at the online store.

I am at my wits end. The license has expired. My machine has no protection. I am sure you are aware of your liability. Please do not force us to take recourse to legal measures!!
