I would like to ask you about my avast antiverus 2016 version 11.1.2245 I want to update my VPS version:151214-7 manualy, but I can't find how to download the file or link on your site
- may you can provide me the linke or the way to get it?
- What is Order ID in writing request for Help or where can I find it?

This is the link https://www.avast.com/download-update, but this would seem to be a bit overkill as this is the full virus definitions not an incremental update and is 64.9 MB. Unless that computer is off-line.
 
Note the download you want is the 2014 to 2015, it also includes the latest 2016 vast version.
