Charged for VPN Android, No email Sent with License
« on: December 18, 2015, 09:20:55 AM »
Hello,

I was charged for my iCraig Android Tablet device for VPN services, no code was provided on the web browser or it did not display, and no email was sent, showing I am charged $3.29 on my Credit Card with no way to resolve the issue.  Can't contact customer support without product number, need a resolution as it did not update my expired license on my Tablet device.  Not able to use service or remedy problem, still showing charged from my credit card.

Respectfully,

Josh

Hi,

I think you need to resolve this with the provided you bought (or tried to buy) the license (key) from. If you didn't receive ANY email, there is very high probability the transaction didn't reach us at all.
