AVAST connection time out...

occasionally i am getting a popup from AVAST


i have 4 pop accounts and none of them are imap.perfora.net
others have shown up in the popup as well, and again none of them are the
pop servers i have in outlook.
 
so except for these occasional popups, Avast is working fine.

what do i need to do to get rid of these popups ?

Avast plugin is probably disabled in Outlook, see http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=17302.msg147557#msg147557
