Hi,
When you register the free version from within the program, you enter your email.
What if the entered email is incorrect and I would like to correct it?

Just get a new free license with the correct email address.

I think that the more important issue is, what email address did you use when you created the my.avast.com account ?
As that is what you link your installation (device) to.
The registration email shouldn't be a problem as Eddy said you can manually get a new registration.
