Site Blocked from US

I'm in the US and I find that some sites are blocked when using SecureLine through New York (and other US locations). Here is an example:

https://www.choicehotels.com/

All I get is a white page that says "blocked" when using VPN. Otherwise the page comes up normal. This is a major hotel chain and so it should be easy enough to get to.

It can be the server that the site is on is blocking certain VPN's.
If that is the case, there is not much avast can do about it other than contacting the owner(s) and ask them to allow the avast servers.
