rescue disk download too slow

Hi

I have (only) 4 Mbps internet speed, when i try to make a rescue disk (download) it takes very long, after 3-4 hour its only download about 1-2% so I have to cancelled, with 4 Mbps i can stream a movie no problem, do you know how i can fix it? please help me, I have been using Avast anti virus many years, I love and I trust only Avast anti virus, only problem i have with avast it is the download/making a rescuw disk

Just tested it on a 6Mb line and it took about 5 minutes.
Have you waited e.g. 1 hour and tried again ?
It can be there was a lot of traffic at the moment you tried it.
