I want to cancel my subscription

I am not at all happy with Avast. In fact, I am very upset with them. SO I want to cancel my order, but that seems impossible to do. The so-called HELP section is no help at all, and it seems impossible to contact them. Does anyone know how to contact Avast?

Calling the free help line is handled by a 3rd party company and is for program problems only. They don't have access to order/payment data.

Try using the Support Ticket Refund - https://support.avast.com/support/tickets/new?form=2 option.
