Suspicious folder reappearing

Hello!

There is a 'Baidu' folder containing a .db file that reappears every few days under my documents (C:\Users\Username\My Documents\Baidu\Common\I18N\conf.db). Avast and other antivirus/malware programs say it's not a threat and a google search doesn't really yield much results on this, but the fact that I don't know where this comes from and why it keeps reappering weirds me out.

Edit: Did some more digging and found C:\ProgramData\Baidu\Antivirus\ReportCache\CacheMetaData.ini

So further google searches revealed that there is actually an Antivurs program called Baidu, but I have never heard of it before...

Does anyone know what is up with this?

Correct, so you probably have two AV installed? .... something that is a BIG no no
