What is your OS?
Where was the file located, what is the file name, example (C:\windows\system32\infected-filename.xxx)?

Why did you want to delete it?
How did you try to delete it?

Are you using Windows XP?
Can you schedule a boot-time scanning?
Start avast! > Right click the skin > Schedule a boot-time scanning
Select for scanning archives.
Boot.

OK, your english is fine, my fault Operating System, WinXp I'm guessing from the file location?

You have given me the files location and not what the file is called?

Since the file you are trying to delete is in the Administrator area and I assume your are logged on as the Administrator, you should have permission to delete it. Are you getting any errors or messages when you try to delete it?

Have you tried deleting it from safe mode?
