avast! GrimerFighter+ -> VIRUS?

I have in my laptop Avast and avast! GrimerFighter+.. now I have problem with avast! GrimeFighter+.
See picture below..is this normal information (in finnish text) from Avast or is this VIRUS??! Now I can't do anything with my laptop.

Grimefighter is no more, the component has been revamped and is now call "Avast Cleanup".
