I am running Windows 10 Pro with the latest Avast. For the past couple of days avast has been acting strangely...it keeps scanning one 7cc73d.msp in the background continuously. The file is located in C:Windows\Installer\ This happens everyday, everytime and it keeps using up my CPU by around 30-35% all the time.
