How to update payment method?

I need to update my payment method in my account so I can renew but there doesn't appear to be a way to do this. The renewal email that contains a link to the way to renew my account does not accept my user name and password - says I'm not in the system. My computer Avast program and my account recognize each other.

So can someone please explain how to update my payment method?

If you can access your order details, you need to submit a ticket > https://support.avast.com

I believed I posed in the right forum because the website address for my account (where I would change my payment information) is:
https://my.avast.com/en-us/xxxxxx
As I am looking for information on how I can change it on my account, which is on the website and the website address is the one above.

I have opened a ticket.

Hi windheavennights,

I am afraid it will not be possible for you to change your billing details until we fix the problem logging into the portal.
I've cancelled your auto renewal so please manually place an order when your current one is up to renew.

For the records, the Avast account (also known as My Avast) is not related to the Order Portal account.

I'm seeing the same issue.  I want to be able to remove my payment information from their site.  I was charged 3 times for the same thing every month now for 3 months in a row for what are supposed to be yearly subscriptions.  I'm considering canceling my credit card just to get my payment information off their site.  This is very sloppy and I am displeased.
