W3C XHTML 1.0 validation for this site failed (as well as CSS)

Even though there are W3C VALID XHTML 1.0 and CSS logos at the botoom of each page in this forum, this is what you get when trying to ckeck them:

Nothing alarming, but I just wonder why there are those logos confirming its validity and none of those two is actually valid.
