infected html alert - no record of it happening in logs

I just got an infected html alert and wanted to go investigate the type of infection butthere is no record of it happening in the logs?
where do I find it?

Right click avast tray icon and select show last popup

You can't only the last one is retained.

You will have to check the log files, what shield was it that did the detection (I suspect the Web Shield) ?

If so, then check the C:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\Avast\report\WebShield.txt - this file location is for win7 and later.
