Why, oh why, when I check my network connections it always says that my Avast UI is connected multiple times to Google and never to Avast? Not only that but Avast is always scanning (something and everything). I turned off the the scanning for secure sites, Firefox has sufficient add-ons and capabilities to do the job without running my CPU at 99% capacity constantly. What, if anything can I do to stop this... my CPU is taking a beating (figure of speech).
I am not very pleased with Avast 2016.
Advice anyone>>?
