El numero de activaciones correctas ha alcanzado el limite

He tenido que formatear el ordenador y al intalas el antivirus puedo activas mi licencia de avast, pero no la del clean up. Un mensaje de error me indica que el numero de activaciones ha alcanzado el lmite. ¿Que puedo hacer?
