i have sent two emails trying to get a answer. i have 3 units i need protection for. i tried yours the free trial then paid 30 dollars for a upgrade an cleaning. my computer now is worse off than before. i dont understand why someone hasnt got back to me. if this is what i have to deal with i want a refund an want use your service. i think this could be worked out if someone would contact me. either by email or phone 423 290 5518. ty

This forum is about the my.avast.com website.
avast is trying to handle tickets within 10 business days.
Each time you submit a new ticket/change a existing one, you will be put back to the bottom of the stack. (FiFo)
Just have patience.
