connecting error

I try to reinstall secure line and avast Security. the secureLINE still not work,
 and i cann't select another Location for connection. I'm using MACbook air,
And l bought 1year license form Sept2015. and the online support is....!
Pls Help!!!!!

One more Question. i paid buy Visa, but i never receive something like oder ID, so i cant send the support ticket. then what can i do? i the this activation code have some problem.
and the other situation is i cant anything information when i sign in "Avast home page"

You should have received an invoice email for your purchase.
Check your "Spam" folders as the email may have ended up there.

My Bank Statement can provide that i'm bought your product. i really didnt received any invoice.
