Avast Mac Security 2015 - error on startup

When I log into my iMac I get an error message popup from Avast Mac Security 2015 saying "Error. Communication with Avast service failed. Error code: 7012. Error indent:Cannot read Avast account info from service."
Any ideas please how to resolve this? Thanks. Kelvin

I am receiving the same error message every time. I close and reopen Avast and it's gone. But I'd like to know why Error 7012 continues to happen every time I start up my MacBook.
